I don’t give a monkey’s toss: Money Boss are the grimiest underground Bronx crew ever and are still doing shit like they were 15 years ago.moneyboss

If you disagree with me then download this mixtape which features old and new material from the crew’s rap career featuring an appearance from Sadat X along the way.

Not many people know about MBP and I only found out about the crew myself a few months ago as they stayed underground but if you like rugged 90’s Bronx Hip Hop then I doubt you will disagree that they are up there with the best. Their first EP Ghetto Daily Chronicles sells for serious loot amongst Hip Hop nerds and record collectors alike.

Also worth a mention is that MBP use a lot of beats produced by Nottingham’s own P Brothers. Thats dope, and so are the P Brothers who obsessively reference Bronx Hip Hop in their works. Sadly though, there are only two members left in MBP and they have recently changed their name to Boss Money, but their rhymes and beats are still as grimy as ever so as long as they’re still dropping heat then who cares? For a taste of their newer joints, check this:

Boss Money – Real Talk/Dat Shit

This video is two bangers squeezed into one and is definitely one of the most ghetto music vids you’ll ever see. You might recognise the beat from Real Talk because its a sick Minnesota beat and Ghostface jacked it after it became a ghetto hit. As the P Brothers would say, ‘Heavy Bronx’.
