I had the pleasure of chilling with Brian from Gang Gang when I was in NY a couple years back as he ended up cotching on the sofa at my cousin’s a bit when I was staying at his appartment. A genuinely nice dude in a genuinely good New York Noise band. One funny story that he told me was that just before we met him one night, he had been DJing on a pirate somewhere in Manhattan. He’s a massive Morrisey fan and said someone had told him that as Morrisey was in town he was going to be listening. So Brian (also a Grime head) took it upon himself half way through his two hour set, to drop Have some of That by Bruza, just for Morrisey’s listening pleasure.
